According to the 8-K document submitted by Strategy to the SEC, the company purchased 4,603 bitcoins at an average price of approximately $80,318 from August 24 to 30, 2026, totaling about $369.7 million, with funding sourced from the MSTR stock ATM program.During the same period, the company sold 4,531,400 shares of MSTR common stock through the ATM program, raising approximately $602.8 million, of which $369.7 million was used to purchase bitcoins, $151.8 million was used to repurchase STRC preferred stock, $50.7 million was used to pay STRC dividends, and $30 million was allocated to the USD Cash liquidity account; additionally, $151.8 million was used to repurchase 1,557,200 shares of STRC preferred stock, with a remaining balance of approximately $364.8 million in the preferred stock repurchase program.As of August 30, Strategy held a total of 845,050 bitcoins, with a total holding cost of approximately $63.73 billion, at an average price of about $75,412. The USD Reserve balance was $5.1 billion, and the USD Cash balance was $1.61 billion, both remaining relatively stable compared to last week.
