Huobi HTX platform asset weekly review (9.21—9.27): funds spreading to altcoins, PHA leads the weekly growth ranking
Last week, Bitcoin continued its rebound, breaking through $87,000 at one point due to the inflow of funds from spot ETFs and concentrated short covering, reaching a new high since January this year, and then consolidating around $84,000. During Bitcoin's sideways movement, funds began to spread to small and medium-cap assets, with the Altcoin Season Index rising to a high not seen in over three months. Data from the Huobi HTX platform shows that from September 21 to 27, multiple directions including AI, L1, DeFi, and Meme saw asset strength, with PHA leading with a weekly increase of 83%.

AI: PHA and GRASS Lead the Charge, AI Infrastructure Assets Draw Attention
The two listed assets provide underlying support for AI applications from the perspectives of computing power and data.
PHA: Increased by 83%. Phala Network is a confidential computing network for AI, operating AI inference tasks based on a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), where data and models are invisible to node operators during computation, suitable for AI application scenarios with privacy requirements.
GRASS: Increased by 71%. Grass is a decentralized data network on Solana, where users participate in the scraping of public web data by sharing idle bandwidth, and the data obtained is used for AI model training, with over 3 million users currently running nodes.
L1: SEI Sees Progress in ETF Applications, SUI Strengthens Concurrently
On the day Bitcoin broke through $85,000 on September 21, funds clearly flowed into large public chain assets, with both SEI and SUI recording significant increases that day.
SEI: Increased by 51%. Sei is a high-performance EVM-compatible public chain focused on trading scenarios. On September 21, Canary Capital submitted the second S-1 amendment for a staking SEI ETF to the SEC, which will hold spot SEI, with about 90% participating in staking, and BitGo serving as the sole custodian, intending to list on Cboe BZX. After the news was announced, SEI's single-day increase exceeded 30%.
SUI: Increased by 46%. Sui is a high-performance public chain based on the Move language, with programmable transaction blocks that can complete multiple operations in a single transaction. CME launched SUI futures in May this year, and the native Bitcoin collateral protocol Hashi within the ecosystem is currently in the testnet phase. On September 21, SUI briefly ranked first in single-day increases among the top 30 assets by market capitalization.
DeFi: ONDO and UNI See Progress at the Traditional Financial Institution Level
ONDO: Increased by 24%. On September 24, Ondo Finance launched Intelligent Portfolios, issuing three on-chain tokens based on BlackRock's model strategies, each corresponding to a diversified investment portfolio composed of tokenized stocks and ETFs, which qualified users can mint or redeem in one go. After the announcement, ONDO's trading volume significantly increased, and the tokenized asset-related sector strengthened overall.
UNI: Increased by 39%. On September 22, CME Group announced plans to launch UNI futures on October 19, with a standard contract of 10,000 UNI and a micro contract of 1,000 UNI, pending regulatory approval. If launched as scheduled, UNI will become the first mainstream decentralized exchange token to be listed on CME futures, providing institutional investors with an additional regulated participation channel.
BTW: Increased by 62%. Bitway Ledger is a Bitcoin-compatible public chain built on the Cosmos SDK, featuring a Bitcoin cross-chain bridge operated by validators and a native BTC lending function settled through Discreet Log Contracts (DLC). BTW reached an all-time high on September 21.
WIN: Increased by 17%. WINkLink is the first comprehensive oracle network in the TRON ecosystem, providing data services such as price feeds and verifiable random numbers for on-chain DeFi applications.
BSC Meme: MUBARAK and MARSCOIN Rise Together
From September 22 to 23, multiple BSC Meme assets rose simultaneously, showing strong interconnectivity within the sector.
MUBARAK: Increased by 70%. MUBARAK was born on the Meme issuance platform Four.meme on BNB Chain and gained popularity after CZ retweeted related posts, making it a highly recognizable asset in the BSC Meme sector.
MARSCOIN: Increased by 36%. MarsCoin is a Meme asset based on tokenized stocks, allowing holders to receive on-chain stock token dividends in proportion to their holdings, belonging to the recently emerging "coin-stock Meme" type on BSC.
The price of Meme assets is highly dependent on community sentiment, with volatility far exceeding that of mainstream assets. After this round of increases, the sector saw a significant pullback, with MUBARAK dropping over 40% from its intraday high, and participants should fully assess the associated risks.
Institutional Channels Continue to Expand, Market Drivers Become Diverse
Last week's increase list presented two distinctly different upward logics. SEI and UNI made progress along the paths of ETFs and CME futures, respectively, while Ondo brought BlackRock's model investment strategies on-chain. After these announcements, related asset prices reacted concentratedly within a day or two. The BSC Meme sector's market is driven by sentiment, with a faster pace and more severe pullbacks. For users, both types of drivers coexisted within the same week, requiring timely awareness of changes in news and a clear understanding of the volatility characteristics of different assets.
Huobi HTX will continue to follow the latest developments in various sectors, promptly conveying asset dynamics to users, and providing a stable and reliable trading environment based on safety and compliance.
