Moon Pursuit Founder: Bitcoin's recovery is still fragile, potentially reaching $150,000 by the end of 2027

According to Crypto Briefing, Utkarsh Ahuja, founder and managing partner of Moon Pursuit Capital, stated that the rebound of Bitcoin after the U.S. midterm elections remains a fragile relief rally rather than a confirmed recovery. He pointed out that the rise on Wednesday reflects relief buying and short covering after the elections eliminated some political uncertainty, but selling pressure returned on Thursday, quickly reversing the recovery. Bitcoin briefly reclaimed $80,000 on Wednesday, then fell to around $75,000 on Thursday.

Ahuja believes that the market may have digested part of the probability of a Democratic victory, and continued weakness in November would not be surprising. He maintains a constructive outlook for the long-term, suggesting that if liquidity improves and institutional demand continues to return, Bitcoin could rise to the range of $120,000 to $150,000 by the end of 2027. He stated that to confirm a sustained recovery, it is necessary to observe spot buying, inflows into Bitcoin ETFs, and whether Bitcoin can reclaim lost ground and hold during pullbacks. He also mentioned that Democratic control of Congress could delay or reshape legislation such as the Clarity Act, but global liquidity, interest rates, and institutional demand are more important for Bitcoin's long-term trend.
