Trump Media transferred 4,259 BTC to Crypto.com in two batches, worth approximately 329 million USD

According to Bitcoin News monitoring, Arkham marked the wallet of Trump Media & Technology Group as "2028 Convertible Notes Collateral," which transferred 4,259 BTC to Crypto.com in two batches, worth approximately $329 million. The transfer does not represent a sale; Trump Media previously described similar transfers to Crypto.com in May and August of this year as transactions or custodial management.

Trump Media's second-quarter documents show that as of June 30, the company had pledged 4,260.73 BTC as collateral for convertible notes. The documents from November 2 state that noteholders can request repayment on November 30; if refinancing is insufficient, the company may need to sell Bitcoin.
