Consensus lands in Hong Kong for the third consecutive year, focusing on AI in February 2027

The Consensus conference organized by CoinDesk will be held in early February 2027 in Hong Kong, marking the third consecutive year the event takes place in Hong Kong. The previous events in 2025 and 2026 attracted over 10,000 attendees.

This year's Consensus in Hong Kong will focus on two main themes: institutional adoption of digital assets and artificial intelligence, with AI expected to receive more attention than in previous years, reflecting its growing role in the future monetary system. Hong Kong, with its robust regulatory framework and status as a global financial center, is regarded as one of Asia's leading digital asset hubs, and Asia is often considered the region with the highest adoption rate of digital assets.

Last year's Consensus in Hong Kong featured speakers including Binance Co-CEO Richard Teng, Solana Foundation President Lily Liu, Tron founder Justin Sun, and Consensys CEO Joseph Lubin.
