ProCap Financial sold approximately 50 bitcoins, repurchasing over 2% of its outstanding shares, with the holdings decreasing to about 5,305 coins

According to Businesswire, ProCap Financial, a Bitcoin treasury company owned by Anthony Pompliano, announced that it has sold approximately 50 Bitcoins, with the proceeds used to repurchase over 2% of its outstanding shares at a price that is about 40% below the net asset value (NAV).

ProCap Financial stated that since the initiation of the stock repurchase program, the cumulative repurchased shares have accounted for approximately 10% of the outstanding shares, and as of the market close, it still holds about 5,305 Bitcoins, and will continue to assess opportunities for stock repurchases when the share price is significantly discounted to NAV.
