Circle's Head of Communications Rachel Busch has left to join the stablecoin payment chain Tempo

Rachel Busch has joined the stablecoin payment blockchain Tempo to lead communications. Previously, she served as Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Circle, where she participated in telling the story of USDC and the internet financial system, and will continue to engage in the global stablecoin narrative.

According to information from RootData, Tempo is a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain developed in collaboration between Stripe and Paradigm, aimed at payment scenarios, supporting mainstream stablecoins. It launched its mainnet in March 2026, having completed a $500 million Series A funding round in October 2025, with a valuation of $5 billion.
