ChainCatcher news, according to Lookonchain monitoring, a wallet (39DUz) from the mining pool LuBian has just been activated after 3 years of silence------transferring all 9,757 BTC (worth 1.1 billion USD) to a new wallet.
This move comes just one day after news broke that the U.S. government is seeking to confiscate 127,271 BTC (worth 14.4 billion USD) stolen from the roadside.
