Former New York Governor and OKX Board Member Governor Andrew Cuomo confirmed that the venue is expected to operate under the SEC's "innovation exemption" mechanism, with a launch anticipated in about 30 days, and the SEC has set limits on the number of tradable stocks and trading volume. Cuomo believes this marks a shift from competition to cooperation and integration between traditional finance and crypto fintech.
