The European Union regulatory agency questions Binance for serving customers without obtaining a MiCA license
According to The Block citing the Financial Times, EU regulators are questioning Binance's use of legal exemptions to continue providing services to EU customers after failing to obtain a MiCA license.
Binance stated that the company complies with applicable regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where it operates and is working towards obtaining MiCA authorization.
