The SEC sued Cryptoaiml and TSAI for a $15 million AI trading fraud
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed two lawsuits in New York, accusing Cryptoaiml and TSAI of fraud under the guise of AI trading, involving approximately $15 million.
The two lawsuits claim that investors were shown fabricated profit data and were asked to add more funds when attempting to withdraw.
