According to Globenewswire, Lite Strategy (Nasdaq: LITS) announced its fiscal year performance for the year ending June 30, 2026. The company stated that fiscal year 2026 is its first full fiscal year after implementing the LTC treasury strategy, having invested $100 million to purchase over 900,000 LTC, and as of June 30, it holds 832,716 LTC, accounting for over 1% of the total LTC mined to date.

In addition, the company has repurchased approximately 4.4 million LITS shares through its buyback program, representing about 12% of the outstanding shares; as of September 22, it has repurchased approximately 6.4 million shares, accounting for about 17% of the outstanding shares. The company also disclosed that since launching the LTC covered call option strategy, it has earned approximately $930,000 in option premium income as of September 22.
