Adam Aron once again called out Robinhood CEO: Don't openly provoke the SEC, overseas tokenized stocks should also retain voting rights

AMC CEO Adam Aron posted on the X platform again naming Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev and Chief Legal Officer Dan Gallagher. He stated that Robinhood had previously expressed support for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the tokenization of U.S. stocks, believing that tokenized stocks should have voting rights and that companies should have the option to opt-out.

Adam Aron also pointed out that it would be very "hypocritical" if Robinhood did not apply the same principles in its overseas operations, and he urged them not to go against the SEC's stance, "do not openly disrespect and provoke the SEC."
