F2 AI, an AI company, received a $5 million investment from Golub Capital

According to Bloomberg, F2 AI, a company focused on artificial intelligence development in the credit sector, disclosed that it has received a $5 million investment from private credit management firm Golub Capital.

As part of the equity investment, Golub Capital will gain access to F2 AI's AI agent suite to utilize its own data for screening private credit investments, conducting due diligence, underwriting transactions, and monitoring portfolios. The parties did not disclose the valuation of F2 AI corresponding to this investment.
