A dormant ETH whale that has been inactive for 4 years transferred 1,250 ETH to an exchange, and if sold, will incur a loss of over 20%

According to on-chain analysts, a dormant ETH address that has been inactive for four years appears to be reducing its holdings, with its initial investment traceable back to seven years ago. The address 0x08E…03e6b received 1500 ETH as early as September 2021, when the price was $3159.27. It has never transferred or sold during this period but has just deposited 1250 ETH (worth $3.14 million) to MAX Exchange two hours ago. If sold, the asset would have shrunk by over 20%.
