AI economic infrastructure NeoSoul announced the completion of a $11 million Pre-A round of financing, with participation from MH Ventures, Amber Group, ArkStream Capital, 0G Foundation, Kirin Capital, CatcherVC, and New Oak International.

NeoSoul stated that it will further develop NeoTrade, strengthening trading infrastructure to build underlying facilities for AI entities to participate in economic activities on a large scale.
