Trump: Will soon announce the Strait of Hormuz as "U.S. territory"

U.S. President Trump stated that he will soon declare the Strait of Hormuz as "U.S. territory" (after defeating Iran). Trump claimed that the blockade against Iran is "unstoppable" and described the blockade as "a steel wall." He indicated that the U.S. is fully prepared to respond to Iran and will not allow Iran to continue its related actions or to possess nuclear weapons. Trump stated that the American public will "pay a very small price" for rising gasoline prices. He also mentioned that he does not care about striking Iran's economy before the midterm elections and stated that the U.S. has "made a lot of money" through tariffs.
