Global stock market review: Asian stocks generally rose, while most European and American stock markets fell

According to Gate market data, on July 29, Asian stocks generally rose, with China's Shanghai Composite Index closing up 15.15 points, an increase of 0.4%, at 3,828.47 points; the Shenzhen Component Index rose 148.76 points, an increase of 1.1%, at 13,658.44 points; and the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index rose 497.07 points, an increase of 1.96%, at 25,807.92 points.

Most European and American stock markets fell, with Germany's DAX30 index down 34.71 points, a decrease of 0.14%, at 25,457.88 points; and the Dow Jones index down 1,152.18 points, a decrease of 2.19%, at 51,594.14 points.
