According to SolanaFloor, the Solana ecosystem perpetual contract platform Bulk has launched BIP-1, allowing anyone to deploy their own perpetual market on the mainnet with almost zero upfront costs before going live.
Successful markets can subsequently join BULK's portfolio margin system, allowing traders to use up to 70% less collateral.
