After the IPO of Changxin Technology, the employee bonus scale promised by Zhu Yiming reached 5.6 billion dollars
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, after the IPO of Changxin Technology, CEO Zhu Yiming's wealth surged by nearly 300%, reaching $13.9 billion.
In the company's IPO prospectus in May, Zhu Yiming promised to transfer 767.9 million shares for an employee incentive plan. After the stock price of Changxin Technology soared 466% on its first day of trading, the value of these shares has reached $5.6 billion. In other words, 40% of Zhu Yiming's wealth will be distributed as bonuses to employees.
Meanwhile, Zhu Yiming also promised not to reduce his shareholding within ten years. However, Changxin Technology's bonus plan has specific conditions, including a three-year vesting period, a ten-year distribution period, and an unclear scope of beneficiaries. The company had a total of 19,298 employees as of the end of 2025.
