Moscow Exchange considers launching round-the-clock cryptocurrency trading

According to Bits.media, the Moscow Exchange is in discussions with brokers to launch a cryptocurrency trading mode. Experts expect that cryptocurrency trading in Russia will be similar to other exchange tools, but trading hours will be extended to 24/7. Currently, the Moscow Exchange is considering whether to adopt a 24/7 model, but the final decision depends on how the clearing operations will work.

In addition, the Moscow Exchange is testing the deposit and withdrawal functions for cryptocurrencies and has invited some brokers to participate in the testing. In the future, users will not be able to register cryptocurrency wallets directly on the exchange but will need to operate through brokers' digital custody accounts. The Moscow Exchange's press office stated that the platform "is actively developing solutions to serve the cryptocurrency market."
