U.S. stocks closed with mixed results among the three major indices, and chip stocks saw a significant pullback

According to Gate market data, U.S. stocks closed on Tuesday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average initially rising by 0.1%, the S&P 500 index falling by 0.16%, and the Nasdaq Composite index dropping by 0.7%. Qualcomm (QCOM.O) fell by 11%, Micron Technology (MU.O) fell by 3.5%, and both Intel (INTC.O) and SanDisk (SNDK.O) fell by over 6%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index fell by 0.82%, and JD.com (JD.O) rose by 3%.
