Nuva Digital has completed a $5.2 million seed round of financing, led by Morgan Creek Digital, with Ulu Ventures participating. This round was completed in a single tranche and marks the company's first external financing.

Nuva Digital is co-incubated by Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs (formerly Provenance Blockchain Labs) and is dedicated to building a real-world asset (RWA) yield platform, Nuva Finance. The structure of this financing round includes priced equity seed round with token purchase warrants, and the valuation has not been disclosed.
