SpaceX has agreed to acquire Cursor for over $50 billion

According to two informed sources, SpaceX has agreed to acquire Cursor for over $50 billion. Cursor is a rapidly growing artificial intelligence startup focused on developing code-writing software. As SpaceX makes this deal, it is preparing for what could be one of the largest IPOs in history.

Founded in 2022, Cursor has raised over $3 billion in funding and has generated buzz as one of the fastest-growing AI startups.
