Bitdeer expands the fundraising scale of its convertible preferred note issuance to $325 million

The Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer announced that it has expanded the fundraising scale of its previously issued convertible preferred notes to $325 million. In addition, Bitdeer plans to grant the initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $50 million principal amount of the notes within 13 days (including the day of issuance) from the date of the initial issuance.
