According to Arkham data, at 19:34, 10.1797 million ASTER (worth approximately 49.7 million USD) was transferred from Aster (Prev. Astherus) to an anonymous address (starting with 0xF3CC…). Subsequently, at 19:35, that address transferred 10.1797 million ASTER to Binance.
