Ethereum treasury company ETHZilla acquires 20% equity in Karus for $10 million in a transaction

According to PR Newswire, Ethereum treasury company ETHZilla Corporation announced the acquisition of a 20% fully diluted equity stake in the automotive finance decision-making and portfolio analysis AI platform Karus, with a transaction price of $3 million in cash and $7 million worth of ETHZilla common stock.

After the transaction is completed, ETHZilla may explore businesses such as tokenized auto loans.
