Ripple CEO: Regulation should focus on outcomes, not the technology itself

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse stated at the Swell 2025 conference regarding the increasing partisanship in cryptocurrency: "I think many Democratic leaders realize that technology should not be partisan. Regulation should focus on outcomes, not the technology itself; politicization is a cliff."
