The founders of Hex, PulseChain, and PulseX projects are suspected of transferring $323 million worth of ETH

ChainCatcher message, a group of addresses suspected to belong to Richard Heart (@RichardHeartWin), the founder of projects like Hex, PulseChain, and PulseX, has moved 81,000 ETH (worth $323 million) in the past 5 hours.

According to analysis, this group of addresses purchased 132,000 ETH on-chain in March 2023 for 499 million DAI, at an average price of $3,770. Apart from 9,500 ETH that were moved via Tornado Cash in the past 6 months, the rest are still held.
