Yunfeng Financial appoints Liang Xinjun as an independent non-executive director

ChainCatcher news, Cloud Finance (00376.HK) announced that, effective September 5, 2025, Liang Xinjun will serve as the company's independent non-executive director.

Liang Xinjun is currently the Chairman and CEO of the Xin Family Office, and he was a co-founder of Fosun Group, with extensive investment experience in areas such as Web3 blockchain, artificial intelligence, and the metaverse.
