Polygon: The Miden Compiler is being deployed to Polygon Miden, supporting smart contracts written in Rust

ChainCatcher news, Polygon posted on platform X that the Miden Compiler is being deployed to Polygon Miden as a rollup supporting smart contracts written in Rust, and it may also support other developer-friendly languages in the future. It can serve in two ways:

• As a compiler backend for existing languages, aiming to target Miden Assembly;
• As a means to compile WebAssembly code generated by another compiler into Miden Assembly.
