FTX creditors: Users whose FTX accounts were frozen and who have not yet submitted claims can now submit claims on the Kroll website
ChainCatcher message, FTX creditor @sunil_trades stated on social media that if a user's FTX account has been locked and frozen and they have not submitted a claim yet, they can now submit a claim directly on the Kroll website. After submission, users will immediately receive a confirmation ID. Please do not submit claims multiple times; just submit once.
